Meeting with the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, Housing Development Corporation, Attorney General's Office and the President's Office to inquire about issue that Hulhumale' Planning and Construction Regulation has not yet been published in gazette, even though the amended regulation has been sent by the committee to the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. In this regard, the Ministry and Housing Development Corporation shared their concerns regarding the amendment proposed by the committee and stated that the regulation has not been published in the gazette due to these issues. Furthermore, the ministry stated that the issue will be resolved as soon as the regulation formulated by Housing Development Corporation in 2015 is passed by the committee. Therefore, the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure requested the committee to pass the aforementioned regulation although it hasn't been published in accordance with the Act No.6/2008 (General Regulations Act).
