In this meeting, in relation to the Resolution by the Secretariat of GA. Dhaandhoo Council, the Committee decided to respond to the Council informing it to request the President's Office and relevant ministry to commence the project stated in the Resolution, and that the People's Majlis will cooperate in the administration of all projects specified in the state budget. Further in this meeting, the Committee voted to extend the deadline to finish its work on the Electronic Transactions Bill. Proposal by Hon. Ahmed Saeed, MP for Gemanafushi Constituency, seconded by Hon. Abdul Ghanee Abdul Hakeem, MP for Kurendhoo Constituency, to set 08 March 2022 as the deadline was passed unanimously. The Committee also discussed Sections 16 to 24 of the Electronic Transactions Bill in this meeting.
