In today's meeting, members discussed the issue that Hulhumale' Planning and Construction Regulation has not yet been published in gazette, even though the amended regulation has been sent by the committee to the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. In this regard, discussions were held on the letter sent by the Ministry requesting that the Hulhumale' Planning and Construction Regulation and the Male' Planning Regulation be amended as the "Planning Regulation for Male' Urban Area". Then the committee decided to send the said regulation to Attorney General's Office, Male' City Council and Housing Development Corporation to seek their views on the regulation. Also the committee decided to review the regulation with a technical person after receiving their comments.
