The Committee discussed the Amendment to Act 2/2006 (Financial Securities Act) Bill. An amendment to Article 29 (c) of the Bill, as submitted by Maradhoo constituency member Ibrahim Shareef and supported by Dhaandhoo constituency member Abdulla Yaugoob was passed by the committee. In the absence of the consent of any member, the report of the Bill was passed to be submitted to the Public Accounts Committee.
