In today's meeting, the Joint Sub Committee appointed a chairperson and a vice chairperson. Director, Legal Affairs, Aishath Shifa administered the process to appoint a chairperson. Motion proposed MP for Holhudhoo Constituency Yoonus Ali, seconded by MP for North Mahchangolhi Constituency Mohamed Rasheed, to appoint MP for Thulusdhoo Constituency Ibrahim Naseem as chairperson of the Joint Sub Committee was passed unanimously. Motion proposed by MP for Holhudhoo Constituency Yoonus Ali, seconded by MP for Funadhoo Constituency Mohamed Shahid, to appoint MP for Ihavandhoo Constituency Mohamed Shifau as vice chairperson of the Joint Sub Committee was also passed unanimously.
