In this meeting, committee reviewed amendment bill on Small and medium enterprises Act (6/2013). In this regard, committee decided to add amendment to section 3 (c) of the Act and to add new subsection to 3 as (f) and order numbers accordingly. Committee voted to present the bill along with the amendments brought by the committee to the parliament sitting. In this meeting committee also set 31 August 2022 as a deadline to complete committee works of Company bill and to send the bill for comments to relevant stakeholders. After that committee decided to meet Ministry of Fisheries, Marine Resources and Agriculture, Ministry of Economic Development, STO and MIFCO regarding Motion submitted under section 179 of Standing order by Honorable member of Madaveli constituency Hussain Firushan.
