Summary
Committee reviewed the report submitted by JSC on the dismissal of two High Court Judges, Uz Abdullah Hameed, and Uz AbduhRauf Ibrahim to determine if the investigation was conducted in accordance with Judicial Service commission Act and the commission have followed all the procedures. And the committee decided to send a letter to Judicial Service Commission for further information on this issue.
