Committee reviewed the report submitted by JSC on the dismissal of two High Court Judges, Uz Abdullah Hameed, and Uz AbduhRauf Ibrahim to determine if the investigation was conducted in accordance with Judicial Service commission Act and the commission have followed all the procedures. The committee reviewed letter and other documents sent Judicial Service Commission on this issue, and decided to make decision on tomorrow’s committee meeting. Then, the Committee reviewed the Judicature Act (Act No. 22/2010).
