Committee reviewed the report submitted by JSC on the dismissal of two High Court Judges, Uz Abdullah Hameed, and Uz AbduhRauf Ibrahim to determine if the investigation was conducted in accordance with Judicial Service commission Act and the commission have followed all the procedures. The Committee decided to send the report to Majlis stating that the Judicial Service Commission has not conducted the investigation in accordance to the procedures mentioned in Act No. 10/2008 (Judicial Service Commission Act) and Constitution of Maldives.
