In this meeting, the Committee discussed its Report in relation to the Bill on Amendment to Law Number 30/2015 (Maldives Sports Act). A majority of the Committee voted to pass the Report. Also in this meeting, the Committee discussed the Issue sent by Hon. Adam Shareef, MP for Maduvvari Constituency. Motion proposed by Hon. Ismail Ahmed, MP for Dhuvaafaru Constituency, seconded by Hon. Mohamed Shahid, MP for Funadhoo Constituency, to request the Ministry of Islamic Affairs for clarification regarding the Issue was passed unanimously.
