Committee decided on a deadline for the Bill on Amendment to the Maldivian Legal Profession Act (No. 5/2019) as 15 September 2022. Then Committee discussed the letter sent from Bar Council of the Maldives requesting a meeting with Judiciary Committee, and committee decided to meet Bar Council in the next Committee Meeting. Later Committee reviewed the Bill on Amendment to the Judicial Service Commission Act. (Act No 10/2008).
