The first session of the meeting was passed as a confidential meeting. The committee set 20th October 2022 as the deadline to complete the report on the issue proposed to address the increasing number of extremism and violence in the Maldives. The Committee set 5th November 2022 as the deadline to complete the report on The Prohibition of Chemical Weapons Bill.
