To ensure whether the regulations established under the Land Transport Act are within the authority of the Act, it was decided to send a letter to the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation seeking all regulations required under the laws currently in force at the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation. Furthermore, the committee decided to extend the deadline for implementing the regulations contained in schedule 1 and 2 of the General Regulations Act (6/2008) to May 2023.
