As a first step in the meeting, the committee's quorum and voting quorum were finalized. The proposal to allocate 6 (six) members as a working quorum of the committee and 1/3 (one-third) of the total number of committee members as a voting quorum was approved unanimously by the members present in the committee. After that, the process of passing a regulation governing the committee was carried out. The proposal to go ahead with the committee's affairs in accordance with the rules of parliament, instead of framing a separate set of rules, was unanimously passed by the members present in the committee. As a final task, the committee went ahead with the process of finalizing the deadline of the case. The proposal to fix February 28, 2023 as the deadline for the matter was unanimously approved by the members present at the meeting.
