In today’s meeting the committee discussed the proposed forecasted supplementary budget for the ongoing year 2023. The following proposals by Maradhoo contituency member Ibrahim shareef, seconded by Eydhafushi contituency member Ahmed Saleem was put to vote separately and were passed by the majority votes of the committee (16 votes). 1. To allocate 6.5 (Six and Half Million) Rufiyaa from the special budget code number 1265 under supplementary budget to licensed media broadcasters in Maldives 2. To pass the proposed forecasted supplementary budget of 6,509,270,402 (Six Billion Five Hundred and Nine Million Two Hundred and Seventy Thousand Four Hundred and Two) Rufiyaa.
