Committee reviewed the report submitted by JSC on the dismissal of Hdh. Chief Judicial Magistrate Ali Adam to determine if the investigation was conducted in accordance with Judicial Service Commission Act and that the Commission have followed all the procedures. Committee passed the Motion submitted by MP Ahmed Thoriq (Mahibadhoo Constituency) and seconded by MP Ali Hussain (Kendhoo Constituency) to give chief magistrate Ali Adam the opportunity to respond to the committee to see if the judicial service commission had fulfilled the procedures required to be followed in the investigation of the case
