Since the chair of the committee, Maduvvari Constituency member Adam Shareef has resigned from the post, Kulhudhuffushi Constituency Member Mohamed Yasir proposed the name of Gan Constituency member Mohamed Visam as the chair of the committee. It was seconded by Maduvvari Constituency member Adam Shareef and passed by the committee. As the previous vice chair is now promoted as the chair of the committee, Kulhudhuffushi Constituency Member Mohamed Yasir proposed the name of Manadhoo Constituency member Ahmed Haroon as the vice chair of the committee. It was seconded by Maduvvari Constituency member Adam Shareef and passed by the committee. Furthermore, the committee decided to extend the deadline of the issue to 22nd February 2021.
