In this meeting, the committee discussed the issue received from South Henveriru Constituency Member Hussain Shaheem regarding former Speaker, President Mohamed Nasheed and as proposed by Gan Constituency Member Mohamed Visam and seconded by Manadhoo constituency member Ahmed Haroon, the committee decided to conduct a meeting with member Hussain Shaheem to further discuss the issue. The committee decided to attain further documents related to the issue submitted by then Faresmaathodaa Constituency member Hussain Mohamed Latheef regarding the refusal of Attorney General to attend the Parliamentary Sitting and further discuss the issue on another meeting. The committee then discussed an issue received stating that Kaashidhoo constituency member Abdulla Jabir had damaged the microphone placed on the member's desk. Since no rules have yet been framed to deal with those who damage property, it was decided to ask the General Purpose Committee to formulate a policy to deal with such cases in the future and include it in the Standing Order of Parliament.
