In today's meeting, the Committee discussed sections 5 to 7 of the Education Bill. Referring to the comments from Ministry of Education in relation to the Bill, the Committee decided it will pass the sections in the Bill following the discussion of the whole Bill. Further, the following 3 issues presented to the Committee were discussed in today's meeting: 1. Issue submitted by Mohamed Rashad (H. Kunnaarumaage / Male'); 2. Issue submitted by Fathimath Sausan Siddeeq (Gaskara / K. Thulusdhoo); and 3. Issue in relation to Dh. Bandidhoo School's Leading Teacher Ali Eesa submitted by Ministry of Education for the Committee's reference.
