Committee discussed about the letter sent by Human Rights & Gender Committee to add Juvenile Justice Regulation to the annex of Act No. 6/2008 (General Regulations Act). As Act No. 18/2019 (Juvenile Justice Act) has been assented and the commencement date for the said Act is November 2020, the committee decided it is not best to add the Juvenile Justice regulation to the annex of Act No. 6/2008. Therefore committee decided to obtain information from the relevant authorities to highlight the articles which can be enforced now, and the articles to be enforced at a later date from the Act No. Act No. 18/2019 (Juvenile Justice Act)
