In today's meeting, the Committee set deadline for the works submitted to it as follows: 1. Deadline for Bill number 22/2020 (Bill to Amend Land Transport Act (law number: 5/2009)) until 29 October 2020; 2. Deadline for Bill number 23/2020 (Bill to Amend Land Transport Act (law number: 5/2009)) until 29 October 2020; and 3. Deadline for Report on Education Bill referred to the Committee for reconsideration by the Majlis floor until 14 October 2020. Further, the Committee discussed and amended sections 1 to 2(d) of the Maldives Higher Education Bill in today's meeting.
