Committee reviewed the report submitted by JSC on the dismissal of Juvenile Coour Judge, Uz Abdullah Baaree Yoosuf, and the report submitted by JSC on the dismissal of Dhaalu Judicial Magistrate Uz Abduhrazzag Mohamed to determine if the investigation was conducted in accordance with Judicial Service Commission Act and that the Commission have followed all the procedures. And the Committee decided that JSC conducted the investigation in accordance to the procedures and decided to send the report to Majlis Floor for consideration. Furthermore, committee decided to revie the investigation report sent by Anti Coruption commission on a later date. Then the committee decided on the deadline of the Bankruptcy Bill sent from majlis as End of March 2021 and deadline for public comments and Stakeholders comments as 22 December 2020.
