The committee passed the report on issue regarding State Electric Company Limited with below recommendation; 1. A report on status on upgrading works among island. 2. To revise the current Flat policy to solve the housing problem among STELCO employees as the committee believes that the policy disregards the some main basis of housing policy. 3. To get a consent from Ministry Of Finance regarding "In-House Health Insurance " scheme providing on 19th June 2020 as 14/2020 (3rd December 2012) circular Ministry of Finance mentions not to form any agreement with health insurance company as Aasandha Scheme is reached to every citizen. 4. Plan on reducing electric utilities rate. 5. To hold retirement package scheme as the committee believes retiring senior employees during this period of covid-19 is unacceptable.
