In this meeting, the Committee reviewed a letter sent to the Committee by an anonymous person. Members of the Committee raised that the letter was an anonymous letter and the people involved in the issue raised in the letter was not clear. Furthermore, members pointed out that the issue in the letter is within the mandate of the Maldives Police Service, and therefore should be resolved by submitting the issue to the Police. The Committee unanimously decided that the issue could not be reviewed by the Committee.
