Committee reviewed responses from the relevant authorities regarding the resolution proposed to respond to the concerns of Fishermen by MP Adam Shareef. Committee decided that the government and MIFCO is taking respective measures to respond concerns of the Fishermen. Committee highlighted that the concerns about delay in weighing fish and getting paid for it will be minimal with the MIFCO expansion plan. Therefore, with consensus committee decided to complete the committee of the resolution and to send the committee report to Majlis.
