In today's meeting, it was discussed whether MMA is an exception from Act 11/2016 (State's Salary Policy Act), and decided to get opinion from Attorney General and People's Majlis CG. The issue of LGA misusing their rights to handover council related transactions to atoll council was discussed and decided to address the issue to Committee on Decentralization. Loan agreement guarantee for the loan from HSBC to STO was shared with the members.
