In this meeting, the Committee discussed the letter from Prosecutor General informing the Committee of his decision to not press charges over the ventilator issue, as the evidence against alleged were insufficient. The Committee decided to meet with Anti-Corruption Commission regarding their investigation on this issue. Moreover, the Committee also decided to request the copy of the agreement signed between Ministry of Health and Executors General Trading LLC. Afterwards, the Committee also discussed letters received from Maldives Correctional Services and Employment Tribunal.
