- Reviewed the issue on members participation in committees and panels of the secretariat. It was decided that 2 members of the committee would take part in each committee or penal - Regarding IPU summit issue a subcommittee was formed. Members of the subcommittee include: 1- Hassan Latheef 2- Abdul Ghany Abdul Hakeem 3- Mohamed Rasheed - Reviewed the Issue on assigning technical employees to parliamentary groups. In this matter committee decided to inform Secretory general to discuss with PG group leaders and hire the employees needed for the PG groups
