In today's committee members discussed about the legal opinion given by the Council General regarding the Hulhumale planning regulation issue. Considering the legal opinion members decided to send a letter to Ministry of National planning, housing and infrastructure stating that once a regulation under the annex of Act No: 6/2008 (General Regulations Act) has been amended by this committee, the relevant ministry has to publish the regulation in the government gazette by law and therefore asking them to send the regulation to President Office to be published within 7 days.
