In this meeting, the Committee discussed issues highlighted in a letter the Committee received from a concerned citizen. The Committee decided to meet with the Prosecutor General regarding the issue. Then, the Committee reviewed the following reports sent to the Committee from Judicial Service Commission, after having investigated the issues submitted to the Commission in compliance with the Judicial Service Act. 1. Judicial Service Commission Report on Case number 107/2019; 2. Judicial Service Commission Report on Case number 26/2016; 3. Judicial Service Commission Report on Case number 50/2013; and 4. Judicial Service Commission Report on Case number 13/2019.
