In today's meeting, members discussed the issue that Hulhumale' Planning and Construction Regulation has not yet been published in gazette, even though the amended regulation has been sent by the committee to the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. In this regard, the committee decided to obtain Counsel General's legal opinion regarding the letter sent by Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure requesting to make Hulhumale Planning regulation a part of the Male' Planning regulation.
