Committee finalized the following decisions regarding the issues sent to the committee. 1. Regarding the letter sent by Zaldhaan Company pvt. ltd the committee decided to sent this issue to Committee on Independent Institutions as Anti-corruption commission has been investigating this issue. 2. Regarding the letter sent by Abdhuh salaam the committee decided that as per the Decentralization Act amended recently, the issue and rent of land is the responsibility of the Local councils and if there are any complaints it should be filed to Local Government Authority. 3. Regarding the letter sent by Male' city Councillor Mohamed Fazeen committee decided that any complaints against the councils should be filed to Local Government Authority as per the Decenetralization Act. 4. Regarding the letter sent by Male' city council complaining about Councillor Mohame d Fazeen committee decided that any complaints against the Councillors should be filed to Local Government Authority as per the Decenetralization Act. 5. Regarding the letter sent by Adh. Omadhoo Councillor Ali Fikuree committee decided that the issues mentioned in this letter is not in included in the committee's mandate. 5. Regarding the letter sent by Yoosuf Hassan committee decided that all Maldivians above the age of 18 years have the right to contest in any Election under the Constitution of the Maldives, therefore not to limit that right.
