The below loans and guarantee's information sent by Ministry of Finance was shared to the committee members. 1.The loan Agreement between Exim bank of India and Government of Maldives to "Design and construction of police station, accommodation and custody facility" 2. The Government Sovereign guarantee given to State Trading Organization Plc for the $189 Million syndicated Murabaha with International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation. 3.The additional finance to the $800 million provided by Export-Import Bank on India under the projection to improve imports of Maldives, through a line of credit facility. Then, below reports received was shared to committee members. 1.Asset declaration form of Auditor General, Hussain Niyaazy. 2.Auditor General's Office 2022 1st quarter report 3.Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Maldives Annual report 2021. 4.The Budget Position Report of 2022, sent under the Financial Responsibility Act 7/2013 by Ministry of Finance.
