Committee reviewed the report submitted by JSC on the dismissal of Hdh. Chief Judicial Magistrate Ali Adam to determine if the investigation was conducted in accordance with Judicial Service Commission Act and that the Commission have followed all the procedures. And the Committee decided to send letters to Judicial Service commission for more information regarding this case. Meanwhile, Kendhoo Mp Ali Hussain proposed and Thulusdhoo Mp seconded the issue on Summoning the judges of dismissal case sent to Committee for review. The proposal was unanimously passed by the members who was present at the committee.
