Committee decided to obtain information regarding the following from IAS. 1. Company's expansion plans including whether employees are recruited based on the expansion plans. 2. Boards opinion on company's liquidity, profitability and receivables. Also, to obtain information from Civil Aviation Authority regarding the engineering equipments purchased by IAS, whether the equipments are in line with International Aviation standards and purchased from authorized dealers.
