1. As the project was carried out based on ACC's opinion and set procedures of bid evaluation process, the committee decided to send a reply notifying the person who submitted the issue. 2. Committee decided to get the latest status from ACC, if they are investigating the issue and to clarify from Ministry of Tourism how the issue proceeded. 3. Committee decided to acknowledge the matter and file the letter. 4. As the loan and guarantee details are provided for members reference, committee decided to file the letters.
