Committee discussed and reviewed the comments proposed for the bill on amendment to the Act No. 7/2010 (Decentralization Act) by various stakeholders including the government, MDP Parliamentary group, Auditor General's Office, Human Rights Commission of the Maldives, Hope for Women, Transparency Maldives, Environment Protection Agency and Elections Commission, and amended the bill. Then the committee decided to pass and sent the bill to majlis floor with the proposed amendments.
