Committee discussed about the declaration submitted under Section 142 of Standing Orders, by Hon. Ali Niyaz, MP for Hulhumale' and members concluded that the issues highlighted in this declaration have been solved by the bill on amendment of Act No. 7/2010 (Decentralization Act) passed by the committee. Therefore the committee decided to pass and sent this declaration to majlis floor without any amendments.
