Committee reviewed a report submitted by JSC on the dismissal of GDH. Magistrate Uz Ahmed Shukoor, to determine if the investigation was conducted in accordance with Judicial Service Commission Act and that the Commission have followed the procedures. And Committee decided JSC conducted the investigation in accordance to the procedures and decided to send the report to Majlis Floor for consideration. Then Committee discussed letters sent by individuals and decided on the matter.
