Committee reviewed a report submitted by JSC to determine if the investigation was conducted in accordance with Judicial Service Commission Act and that the Commission have followed the procedures. And Committee decided JSC conducted the investigation in accordance to the procedures and decided to file the report. Committee decided on a to open for public comments, for the Issue regarding the appointment of a Member to Tax Appeal Tribunal till 15 November 2020. Then the Committee reviewed the Penal Code Amendment Act.
