Introduction

The committee was established at the 2nd sitting of the 20th People's Majlis on June 3, 2024. Under Article 116 of the Rules of Procedure of the People's Majlis, the mandate of this committee includes, amending the rules and procedures of followed in the People's Majlis, reviewing and amending the Standing Order of the Majlis. Furthermore, reviewing the matters related to the Parliament members which do not fall under any committee's mandate, giving guidance and advice to the Speaker in line with the Staffs of the Parliament and also reviewing and amending Parliamentary Service Regulation.
