The committee was informed by Fenaka Corporation Ltd that the company has amended accordingly to the recommendation of Anti-corruption commission report on the company's Procurement and recruitment policy. Hence the committee decided not to take any actions against the company since the company has amended the policies. Yet committee decided to acquire information from Privatization and corporation board regarding state owned companies procurement policy and job classification framework.
