Discussions were held on the issue as complaints were raised by many regarding the failure to conduct hearings in criminal cases in accordance with the guidelines and schedules. Committee decided to invite Maldives Police Service, Police Board, Prosecutor General, Judicial Service Commission and department of judicial administration for further information.
