In this meeting, committee reviewed Article 1 to 9 of the Amendment bill to the Tourism Act (Act no. 2/99). After discussing about stakeholders comments and ministry of tourism views on stakeholders comments, committee decided not to amend any of those section and passed Article 1 to 6 and 8 as it is on the bill. However, Article 7 and 9 were parked to inquire about the reasoning behind the proposed amendments.
