The meeting was held to review the Amendment bill to the Tourism Act (Act no.2/99). In this meeting committee added new clauses to the bill which were proposed by the committee member North Thinadhoo constituency MP Abdul Mughnee. And also committee decided to amend 35 (g) and 35 (h) as per the amendment proposed by the Ministry of Finance and Maldives Inland Revenue Authority. Senior Policy Director of the Ministry of Tourism Mr. Mohamed Khusan attended the bill reviewing committee meetings.
