The meeting was held to review the Amendment bill to the Tourism Act (Act no.2/99). In this regard committee amended clause 5 (j) (7) and 5 (j) (8) of the Act and to add an interim clause to allow 12 (twelve) months period to change the required permits due to amendment of the tourist facility classification mentioned in the Act. The committee then passed the bill and the amendments brought by the committee to the bill with the unanimous consensus of the members present at the committee.
