Appointment of Committee chairperson and deputy chairperson. Alifushi constituency MP Mohamed Rasheed Hussain was elected as committee chairperson by consensus of the committee members present at the meeting. Milandhoo constituency MP Ali Riza was elected as deputy chairperson by consensus of the committee members present at the meeting. Committee's Voting and Working quorum was decided as 5 members.
