Meeting with the Privatization and Corporatization Board regarding the work being done by the Board with regard to the state-owned enterprises and the complaints received against the SOE’s. They also shared the challenges faced by the board in its functioning. In addition to that members raised concerns over certain aspects of the circular issued by the board regarding the transition phase so members were briefed about the provisions in the circular.
