In today's meeting the sub committee report on the issues faced by councils in enforcing the laws, in enforcing their decisions and administrative and budget constraints they are facing was presented and after discussion the committee decided to include 2 declarations relating to decentralization in the annex of the report and sent the report to majlis floor.
