Introduction
The joint committee constituted to examine the resolution calling on the government to remove the restrictions imposed by state institutions to destroy the businesses of small operators under the influence of certain group of the people, by creating an environment in which all re-broadcasting service providers can do business in a fair and competitive manner without discrimination.
